Also slotted for the lineup will be Previous Love, The Weather Might Say Otherwise, and Robbery Club – all are legit and will be complimentary to the show lineup. Space Wolves w/ Matthew Danger Lippman & Milkweed
Never say never when it comes to a Space Wolves reunion. The power-pop duo will be re-racking their brain to put together a set bound to capture the 2010s nostalgia of packing the downstairs at Spiral Scratch Records. If you aren’t in the know, Space Wolves were a constant of the 2012-2015 DIY scene in Buffalo, pumping out endless hits in a near factory-like equivalent, The partnership has transitioned into the film industry and although this is categorized as a show, it’s in tandem with the afterparty for the release of the duo’s short film Portland is the New Portland. The short film is making its local debut at the Buffalo International Film Festival at 7:15pm. Tickets are available here.
Also on the bill is Matthew Danger Lippman, who stars in the film as Jesse. Alt-weirdo act milkweed is also joining the bill to make is an official Hertel Ave. banger™. Did I say tickets were free? Because tickets are free.
