We’ve all been there, but Australian act youproblem has found a way to put it into a perfect pop song… “Drunk” is an anthem to the destructive behavior that happens after a few many tequilas (and a bit of self-loathing). In a nod to their personal experiences with Australian drinking culture, they’ve paired dark and self-depreciative lyrics with an otherwise sugar-sweet indie-pop backbone, heavy with the weight of an undeniable bassline and a woozy synth presence.
