Florence, Italy native Lorenzo Landini, who has been writing his own music since he was 15, took on a positive challenge with his newest LP titled Wins Above Replacement. As he does with most of his discography, he based this album on the topic of sports along with not feeling okay with your own achievements. Recently, his songwriting capabilities have been diminished from the passing of his late mother, but now, he’s turning that grief back into the artistic form of his music – a very difficult, yet special obstacle to overcome. He adorns a mask during performance and is known to many as The Bloody Beetroots. Whether it be a DJ set or a live performance, it is more than just dance music.
