San Francisco act Sunset Lines charmed us with the understated indie rock of “The Miles.” All four of Sunset Lines’ members are transplants to the city, and “The Miles” acknowledges that being new to San Fran brings a unique perspective to their songwriting. The song is about leaving everything you once knew behind in pursuit of something greater. Fans of Rilo Kiley, Alvvays, or Beach House would surely appreciate Sunset Lines’s brand of indie pop.
