This latest jam from Norweigan wunderkind Whose Rules is effervescent, buoyant, and most importantly, fun. “Moth Meme” is equal parts Thundercat and Mac Demarco with an infusion of helium. The infectious falsetto and bouncy piano are obvious talking points, but on a deeper level, this one is unabashedly sugary without any sort of cheesiness in sight.
