Manchester-based duo sleepyhead (aka Seb Reid and Matt Davies) create urgent indie pop with amazing energy – case-in-point, their latest offering, “Centrefold.” Bringing to mind CASTLEBEAT or Say Hi with a hint of The Smiths, “Centrefold” pairs a frantic drumbeat with equally neurotic guitar strumming and ties it all together with an almost post-punk approach to vocals. We’re definitely digging it.
