Irish indie rockers Neon Atlas hit us up with the lighthearted alt-rock of “The Afterglow.” Reminiscent of Teenage Fan Club, Mae, or Silversun Pickups, “The Afterglow” is a straightforward guitar-driven tune with a special attention to pop songwriting. There’s a slight tinge of mid 2000s emo in there as well, tugging at our nostalgic heartstrings.
