Tonight: Cherub

Couples rejoice as Nashville electro-pop tag team Cherub are set to play Town Ballroom this evening for Valentine’s Day. Composed of songwriters Jordan Kelley and Jason Huber, the duo formed in 2010 making synth-bangers for the not overtly romantic. In 2014, Cherub found mainstream success with their breakout single ” Doses and Mimosas.” Currently the duo is on a national tour in support of October 2016’s release, Bleed Gold, Piss Excellence. Openers are experimental electrojam act, The Floozies, and glitch-hoppers Probcause. Doors are at 7pm with a $25 cover.

Tonight: CHERUB

Nashville-based electro-pop duo, CHERUB, is set to bring their party jams to Delaware Ave this evening,  playing the bottom floor of The Waiting Room (aka not the Studio). Formed in 2010, CHERUB gained national recognition via their Hype Machine-approved smash-hit, “Doses and Mimosas.”  Also on the bill is Mystery Skulls (for fans of Simian Mobile Disco, Boys Noize) and ForteBowie (instagram R&B). Tickets are $20 today and get there around 7pm.

Just Announced: Cherub

Nashville electro pop duo, Cherub, have just announced a stop at the Waiting Room early next year. Currently on tour with Capital Cities, the pair will headline the freshest Delaware Ave venue on Wednesday, February 4th in support of its latest album, Year of the Caprese, which was just released this past spring. For those who are unfamiliar with Cherub’s sound, it’s perfect make out music if you don’t mind the occasional bits of laughter mixed in. That should at least make you curious right? Tickets go on sale tomorrow, December 14th, at 11am for $17 in advance, $20 day of.
