Dog Ears – “Taurus”

If you’re into concept albums, you’re in for a treat. Standout single “Taurus” from LA/Nashville-hybrid duo Dog Ears tells the story of being stuck in traffic… Oh, and also, one of the drivers is a werewolf. It sounds goofy on paper, but in reality, “Taurus” could hang with any of the late 90s emo greats (think Mineral, American Footballs, etc.). A droning bassline, chiming harmonics, and vintage fuzz sounds are enough to please any fans of twinkly guitar-based rock.
