ELLZZ + Milkshake Godfather – “Tea and Spliff”

---

Two hip hop artists from Troy, NY have linked up for a sultry-sounding new single, appropriately named “Spliff and Tea.”

ELLZZ does the rapping, and Milkshake Godfather produces. The BlackTop Music Group-associated act combines understated, smooth 80s vintage production from Milkshake with bombastic bars from ELLZZ, who describes lavish lifestyles and lush lips. His culinary references add a ton of character to the track too.  I disagree about horseradish being nasty though – that line hurt.

“Tea and Spliff appears on the six-track EP Brotherhood – check out that beautiful artwork. If you’re feeling it, definitely give this one a listen on your favorite streaming service. If Spotify’s your pick, give our Best Underground Hip Hop of 2026 playlist a listen for more exciting new artists like this duo.
