Tower Defense – “Stop, I Think I’ve Heard This One Before”
Nah, this ain’t one of those weird ads for one of those weird-ass games where you defend your log-ass settlement from weird-ass goblins or whatever – Tower Defense is an actual band making actual music. Ok, they’re a little bit weird too – what with the double bass attack and all (and we don’t mean drums)… But that weirdness has made its way into a supremely listenable (and fun!) track called “Stop, I think I’ve Heard This One Before.” A little bit post-punk, a little bit regular punk, and a little bit rock ‘n roll, “Stop” details an all-too-familiar story. See below:
“‘Stop (I Think I’ve Heard This One Before)’ is the conversation we all wish we could have with the folks we love who have been lost to the various disinfo cults running rampant online. Ultimately, it comes down to ‘Is there anything i could say that could change your mind?'”
“Stop, I Think I’ve Heard This One Before” has a very fun video (below) – it can also be found on Spotify and Apple Music.
