Tourists – “Masquerade”

“Masquerade,” the latest single from British dream-pop quintet Tourists brings some intensity and a pinch of neo-psychedelica to the genre. The six-minute composition manifests nebulous guitar strains and commanding synth melodies, depicting an incoming storm overheard. This is not the mind-numbing dream-pop of old; this is calculated and acutely stimulating. Just see for yourself below. Tourists – “Quiet Room”

“Quiet Room” by English band Tourists has solemn and dreamy undertones, but their newest offering is truly a summer jam. Tourists are hot off of their last single, “Cut and Run” which received listens in the 300,000s. “Quiet Room” is their next shot at getting a viral hit – featuring Antlers-esque vocals and smooth, pulsing synth pads, we think they’re on track for another hit. “Quiet Room” is available on Bandcamp and Spotify.
