The Wonder Years at Anthology in Rochester (10/16/16)

This past Sunday, Anthology was packed to the brim for a sold out show featuring some of the biggest active pop punk bands.  Headlined by The Wonder Years, the stacked lineup also featured Seaway, Moose Blood, Knuckle Puck, and Real Friends.  The show was absolutely wild from start to finish, with audience participation through the roof.  Check out some photos from the insane night below, and click HERE for a full gallery. Tonight: Knuckle Puck

Get ready to pogo and mosh and potentially even feel a little sad tonight! If you like pop punk, the Waiting Room is the place to be tonight. The premiere, pizza-guzzling pop punkers in Knuckle Puck are headed to Buffalo tonight, along with a strong bill of supporters. Fellow bands include the fellow pop-punkers in Seaway, the omnipresent Sorority Noise, and Buffalo’s very own Head North. Doors are at 6pm tonight and tickets are $16. Russ would be proud, fellas (other Mighty Ducks references are encouraged).

Tonight: Bayside

Tonight, Bayside is playing at the Waiting Room… But fans of Bayside probably already know that – they refer to themselves as a cult. For those Buffalonians who haven’t been indoctrinated yet, think passionate pop-punk/emo with a monster discography a la Saves the Day or Alkaline Trio. Just make sure you keep an eye out for rabid fans. The ex-The Movielife stalwarts in I Am The Avalanche and Seaway will be opening up the show tonight. $19 gets you in at 6:30.
