German singer-rapper Keli calls out her ex for ghosting on her latest single “Meant to Be,” but on this track at least, the ethereal otherworldliness comes from her side. At times, Keli’s murmurs sound like Portishead and make “Meant to Be” feel like trip-hop. But significant sections of the song are Keli offering up her grievances in more traditional rap form.
