IVES – “Eyes Wide Shut”
IVES keep it mysterious on their latest song, “Eyes Wide Shut.” Twinkly guitars, a driving bass, and ghostly vocals make for great indie rock, and “Eyes Wide Shut” has all three in spades. Toss in a vaguely ambiguous phrasing like “eyes wide shut” and you have yourself a mind-boggler… Albeit, a catchy and cool affair. Fans of Wombo, Men I Trust, and Momma will like what they hear. “Eyes Wide Shut” can be found via the YouTube embed below. Also – Spotify and Apple Music.
