Devereux Scales flex their synth and shimmery as fuck guitars and build a monument of velvety goodness with their latest, “I Will Promise You.” Bay Area music scene vets Matt Lavin and Jeremy Nunes have crafted a tightly wound gem that feels like a beautiful downward spiral but like… Everyone is enjoying it.
