I personally have never felt the primal urge to headbang anymore than the first five seconds into “Gold Chain” by Pasha X Coucheron. Introducing a club song so refreshing it’ll make the introverts feel like extroverts and the extroverts feel like dancing deities for two and a half minutes. “Gold Chain” is the type of track you’d hear leaking from the back entrance of an intergalactic nightclub. The loosely intoxicating delivery by Pasha tied in with rhythmically hypnotic production via Coucheron is what separates a “good club song” from an experience no matter the dance floor. Coucheron is no stranger to buffaBLOG – last time we checked in with him (Sebastian Kornelius Coucheron-Gautier Teigen to be specific), we were jamming hard to the EDM-flavored pulse of “Barely Floating.” “Can’t Stop” is our next recommendation… It’s a bedroom-disco banger with unbridled energy and colorful, upbeat vocals. Coucheron (who is only in his early 20s) has already had a few Grammy nods, chart placements, and yes, even a coveted nod from T. Swift herself.
