Colleagues – “Song 20 (The inevitable outcome of the avoidable)”
Those Swedes sure know how to make indie pop – Colleagues has been doing it (extremely well) since 2014 (please take us back). Still writing bangers, “Song 20 (The inevitable outcome of the avoidable)” comes from the album 2030, which may indeed be the last year humans are alive on planet Earth. This is the first I’m hearing of this (why am I not surprised by this news?), but if I’m going out, at least it’s going to be to the tune of bleating electric piano, airy vocals, and that sweet, sweet Swedish je ne sais quoi. “Song 20” can be found almost anywhere – as always, we recommend Spotify and Apple Music.
