Red Martian is a unique trio who has been kicking around since 1999 – they’ve caught our ears with the nu-shoegaze stylings of their latest single, “use.” It’s a noisy, guitar-driven tune with a bouncing bass line, frantic drums, and far-off vocals. Fans of My Bloody Valentine (but played by your favorite band at a packed basement show) are gonna love this one – it’s charmingly lo-fi in the absolute best way.
