Coming all the way from Tokyo, Japan, the four-piece band DYGL spoke volumes on their latest single “Waves.” The DYGL experience is something similar to a beautiful orange sunset somewhere coastal. The vocals show off the potential to sound light, yet powerful, along with hypnotizing rhythms via guitar that put you in a spiral. The lyrics “Spinning ‘round stuck in a vortex” exponentially increase the sensation of swirling around in all the best ways.
