Wauchope-based trio Palomino get raucous and rowdy on their latest indie-punk offering, “Strestaurant.” With meandering basslines, spiraling guitar riffs, and gruff-but-melodic vocal melodies, the three-piece brings to mind acts like PUP, Hollerado, or The Menzingers. Created 100% at home, the band’s sincere delivery isn’t undercut by any sort of DIY-production value (it sounds pretty perfect actually, well done Palomino!) – this one will sit nicely on any playlist that gets your blood pumping.
