Three adjectives to describe Holy Fawn‘s latest single, “Reykur:” swelling, anthemic, and a little off-kilter (in a good way). This Phoenix quartet boasts a sky-high vocalist, swirling math rock sentiment, and overwhelming post-rock ambience. All in all, it’s a really cool listen. Fans of Animal Collective, DIIV, or Deerhoof will dig Holy Fawn.
